Job responsibilities

Phase 1: Holistic Warehouse Operations

• You’ll start your journey on the warehouse floor, gaining a full understanding of our operations among our current three warehouses which are based in different locations (Zwolle, Amsterdam, Eindhoven) respectively.

• From inbound to outbound and order picking, you’ll learn how efficiency, safety, and teamwork come together to deliver top results. And later you will also rotate through departments, such as Terminal Operation & Management, to gain insight on how every department collaborates to meet our growing parcel delivery demands.

Phase 2: Specialized Placement

• Following the rotation phase, for those who successfully complete the program, you will you will transition into a fixed position at a designated warehouse to deepen your operational expertise.

• In this role, you will shift from execution to leadership by taking ownership of specific KPIs, and also possibility to manage specific projects, and drive advanced process improvements.

• This final stage is designed to bridge the gap between floor operations and management, directly preparing you for a long-term career as a managerial role in Warehouse.

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field

• Flexibility regarding location and working hours, willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts. (Shift allowance provided for hours worked after 19:00.)

• Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong command of English and Chinese; Dutch is very nice to have

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Interest in process optimization and continuous improvement

• Demonstrated leadership potential and effective communication skills

• A proactive, hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn
