Job responsibilities

• Depending on your profile and preferences, your scope may include:

• Provide day-to-day employee support, help solve workplace issues, and maintain a positive and compliant working environment.

• Assist in designing and implementing training programs, performance management cycles, and career development frameworks.

• Support internal communication, organize company events, and help foster a strong and engaging workplace culture.

• Contribute to daily HR tasks and processes that ensure organizational efficiency and scalability.

Job requirement

• local HR experience in the Netherlands, with hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions and an HRBP or generalist background

• Solid understanding of Dutch labor law and local employment compliance

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

• Fast learner with strong adaptability and quick thinking.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and driven—ambition is strongly valued.
