Warehouse Operator

Job responsibilities

• Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.

• Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.

• Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency.

• Aid in identifying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to reduce risks and costs.

• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.

Job requirement

• Must have a valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands.

• 0-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or distribution center environment. (Candidates with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply)

• 3. Proficiency in English is essential; familiarity with Dutch is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Amsterdam: Willing to work onsite 5 days a week, including Sunday as a regular workday, with one scheduled weekday off. Open to 3 rotating shifts: 10AM-7PM, 1PM-10PM, 10PM-7AM.

• Boxtel & Rotterdam: Willing to work onsite 6 days a week. Open to 2 rotating shifts: 5AM-11AM, 4PM-10PM.
