Transportation Management Specialist

• Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, managing, and terminating transportation suppliers (3PL) to ensure stable transport capacity.

• Establish and implement supplier KPI management mechanisms (on-time delivery rate, cargo damage rate, etc.) to continuously optimize collaboration quality.

• Coordinate transportation planning and daily capacity scheduling to ensure timely vehicle deployment and execution of transport plans.

• Oversee end-to-end in-transit monitoring, swiftly address transport anomalies, and guarantee fulfillment timeliness.

• Manage transportation expense reconciliation and settlement to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure transportation operations comply with relevant Italian and EU laws and regulations.
