Job responsibilities

-NOTICE: This position requires native-level Dutch proficiency. Candidates without near-native Dutch skills will not be considered

– As a Sales Support Assistant, you will support the sales team in both administrative and operational tasks and contribute to an efficient and smooth sales process.

– Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks and ensure an efficient sales process.

– Preparation and follow-up of quotations, price proposals and commercial documentation.

– Manage and update customer and sales data in internal systems and CRM tools.

– Function as liaison between sales, operations and customer service and answer customer questions regarding services, rates and shipping processes.

– Support lead tracking, pipeline updates and sales reports, and monitor and follow up on ongoing customer leads and open requests.

– Assist in preparing presentations, reports and business reviews, and identifying process improvements within sales.

Job requirement

– Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar field.

– Approximately 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service or logistics coordination is a plus.

– Basic knowledge of the logistics or parcel distribution industry is a plus.

– Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

– Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

– Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
