• Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, managing, and terminating transportation suppliers (3PL) to ensure stable transport capacity.
• Establish and implement supplier KPI management mechanisms (on-time delivery rate, cargo damage rate, etc.) to continuously optimize collaboration quality.
• Coordinate transportation planning and daily capacity scheduling to ensure timely vehicle deployment and execution of transport plans.
• Oversee end-to-end in-transit monitoring, swiftly address transport anomalies, and guarantee fulfillment timeliness.
• Manage transportation expense reconciliation and settlement to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure transportation operations comply with relevant German and EU laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with the Germany/EU transportation and 3PL market; candidates with local supplier resources preferred.
• Experience in managing transportation suppliers, price negotiations, and capacity scheduling.
• Strong data analysis and cost control awareness.
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination and external communication skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and German; working proficiency in English is a plus.
• Valid work authorization in Germany is preferred; visa application assistance is available for exceptional candidates.
