• Supervise and manage quality control across various operational sites, including sorting centers, transfer hubs, and carriers.
• Monitor the operational performance of warehouses, sorting centers, and carrier partners to ensure efficient and timely task completion.
• Act as a key operational bridge between internal teams and vendors to support daily operations, resolve issues, and enhance service quality.
• Track and analyze logistics data, operational KPIs, and performance metrics using Excel to identify trends and support process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, or supply chain management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Chinese and German; working proficiency in English is a plus.
