Job responsibilities

• Maintain and manage local Delivery Service Partner (DSP) resources, including both existing and potential service providers.

• Coordinate and integrate DSP partners to ensure smooth last-mile delivery operations; perform daily backend system operations and manage service providers within active operational areas.

• Assist in building and continuously optimizing the local last-mile delivery network in Spain.

• Analyze and evaluate last-mile delivery processes, market trends, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Improve the operational quality of service providers and enhance the overall efficiency of the delivery network.

• Provide training and capability development for DSP partners, and conduct regular on-site visits or field work to monitor operations and continuously improve delivery quality.

Job requirement

• Must hold a valid work permit in Spain.

• Familiar with the last-mile delivery market and operations in Spain.

• Candidates with DSP resources or strong connections with delivery personnel are preferred.

• Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Fluent in Spanish and able to use it as a working language; interested in the logistics industry and willing to pursue long-term career development in this field.

• Willing to travel or conduct field work; a valid driver’s license is preferred.
