Job responsibilities
• Take full ownership of assigned recruitment tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Write and post job advertisements, screen resumes, and actively source candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring teams through decision-making.
• Deliver and negotiate offers, support onboarding, and ensure end-to-end recruitment closure.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to employer branding and other HR initiatives as needed.
Job requirement
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably with ownership of full-cycle hiring.
• Proven ability to independently manage the entire recruitment process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and job platforms.
• Must hold a valid work visa in Spain.
