Job responsibilities
• Support the HRBP and department heads of the Spain branch, understand business needs, and assist in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding management, ensuring talent attraction and smooth onboarding for key positions.
• Assist in talent development projects, including performance management, promotion pathways, and succession planning execution and tracking.
• Provide employee relations support, assisting in handling employee conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with Spain labor law and company policies.
• Assist in the execution of organizational restructuring and cultural development projects, supporting employee engagement and team collaboration improvement.
• Assist in HR data collection, analysis, and reporting, providing data support to management.
• Ensure that daily HR processes and policy execution comply with Spain and EU labor law requirements.
Job requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HRBP or generalist HR experience preferred; experience in multinational companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with Spanish labor law, contract law, and social security system is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with employees at different levels and support HR project implementation.
• Proficient in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development processes; skilled in using HR information systems and office software.
• Strong data analysis skills, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with cross-cultural communication ability; Chinese speaker is preferred.
