Transport Dispatch:
• Handle daily vehicle dispatch to ensure transportation tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with carriers, follow up on execution, and resolve daily issues.
• Support pickup capacity building and daily transport operations management.
• Maintain the Transport Management System (TMS) and ensure accurate data entry.
Transport Support:
• Plan and execute trunk line departure schedules to ensure smooth route operations.
• Participate in transport cost data review and analysis, proposing optimization recommendations.
• Manage compliance documents related to trunk and branch line transport, ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies.
• Assist in transport contract signing and archiving, maintaining partner relationships.
• Help define and review carrier KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
Transport Settlement:
• Review transport invoices and verify freight data to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up on trunk and branch line invoice reviews, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support transport settlement and bill-of-lading payment processes, ensuring timely payment.
• Associate degree or above, logistics management, transport management, supply chain or related majors preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in transport dispatch, transport management, or logistics settlement; express/logistics/e-commerce background preferred.
• Familiarity with transport processes, cost accounting, and transport contract management.
• Proficient in office software; experience with TMS or related transport management systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented, strong data analysis, communication, coordination, and ability to work under pressure.
