GOFO reaffirms its commitment to safe delivery and full compliance with ADR regulations. Our network strictly prohibits all dangerous goods — including explosives, gases, flammable liquids, chemicals, and non-compliant batteries — as well as any items banned under local laws.

Shippers must accurately declare the contents of their parcels, ensure secure packaging, and cooperate with inspection procedures. In the event of a violation, GOFO may refuse, return, destroy the shipment, or hand it over to the authorities, without assuming any liability for compensation. All legal consequences remain the sole responsibility of the shipper.
