Job responsibilities
– Carry out identity checks on temps in accordance with the existing management system.
– Assist and promote the implementation of closed-loop management.
– Improve internal warehouse standards and procedures and carry out daily inspections.
– Identify risks and provide regular safety training for new employees.
– Contribute to and support the implementation of other related projects.
Job requirement
– At least a bachelor’s degree, with training in safety management or logistics an asset.
– Experience in warehousing, security control, safety or the logistics sector is appreciated.
– Know basic safety control procedures and risk identification methods.
– Training skills, and the ability to present and explain safety rules and standards to new employees.
– Proficiency in office automation tools, with basic data entry and report writing skills.
– Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, rigor and attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify and correct risky situations.
– Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to interact effectively with management and operational teams.
– Emergency response and problem-solving skills.
– Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and willing to work staggered hours, including evenings, with recuperation.
– Fluency in French as a working language, with knowledge of English and/or Mandarin an asset.
