Job responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company’s logistics business, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory management, and delivery processes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support the company’s rapid business growth while maintaining high service standards for our cross-border e-commerce clients and local FMCG brands.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a professional team, fostering a productive and positive working environment to drive operational performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure smooth operations and implement improvement measures when necessary.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, IT, and Customer Service to meet customer expectations and optimize the company’s supply chain.
• Ensure that company operations comply with local regulations and industry standards, and adjust operational plans in response to changes in the business environment.
Job requirement
• Strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to manage large teams and complex operations; experience in the express or logistics industry is a plus.
• Native Chinese speaker with strong business communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Familiar with Spanish business culture, including local communication styles and operational management practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve operational efficiency and drive strategic growth.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and experienced in inventory management and logistics software.
• Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly growing business environment.
