Job responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Delivery Service Partner (DSP) resources within the region, and maintain partnerships with regional franchise and service partners.

• Collect and analyze industry and competitor information, and participate in developing delivery pricing strategies and last-mile transportation subsidy policies based on regional operational conditions.

• Build the transportation and delivery network in Spain from scratch according to business needs, with a focus on developing efficient last-mile delivery solutions.

• Improve the operational quality of service partners and the transportation network (including cost control and delivery time performance), and coordinate the growth and development of regional partners and the delivery network.

• Lead the qualification assessment and onboarding of new service providers, and formulate and implement regional partnership policies with a focus on last-mile delivery operations.

Job requirement

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with relevant experience in last-mile delivery and transportation management; experience with leading local logistics companies is preferred.

• Proven hands-on experience in developing and managing small-parcel delivery partners, with an established local network of last-mile delivery service providers.

• Familiar with the operational models of logistics service providers and last-mile delivery partners; strong local network in Spain is preferred. Highly price-sensitive with strong negotiation and commercial bargaining skills.

• Due to the need to deeply engage with the Spanish market and local resources, candidates must hold legal residency in Spain and have relevant logistics work experience in Spain.
