Job responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for site operations, including parcel inbound, sorting, outbound, returns handling, and exception management.

• Manage internal warehouse operations to ensure standardized, efficient, and safe processes while strictly complying with all regulatory requirements.

• Source and manage last-mile delivery service providers (DSPs), ensuring service quality and continuously driving process optimization.

• Supervise and assist the team in daily operations; participate in frontline tasks during peak periods or when staffing is insufficient.

• Manage site team (onboarding, mentoring, scheduling, training, performance management, and incentives) to ensure staff stability and efficient execution while optimizing labor costs.

• Responsible for compiling site operation data and preparing daily reports, driving KPI achievement.

• Maintain close collaboration with central and backend teams, executing instructions and targets from headquarters.

• Implement safety and operational standards, ensuring safe warehouse and delivery operations, with high compliance awareness and execution capability.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Product, Warehouse, etc.) to support site network development and operational optimization.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with a valid residency permit preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in last-mile logistics operations or vendor management; experience managing small sites is preferred.

• Familiar with warehouse and distribution processes, with proven ability to manage vendors and teams effectively.

• Fluent in Chinese and Italian; English proficiency is a plus.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, good communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle exceptions quickly and drive continuous improvements.

• High compliance awareness with the ability to strictly enforce company policies and procedures.
