QC Specialist

Job responsibilities

• Monitor timeliness and improve customer satisfaction: monitor all stages of domestic operations daily, analyze data to identify issues, and drive improvements.

• Follow up on daily quality and operational issues (exception handling, report generation, customer complaint resolution); coordinate with local European teams to manage anomalies.

• Push for BI and system requirement proposals and iterations based on customized European business needs.

• Participate in regular quality reviews, basic analysis, and follow-up on quality improvement initiatives.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in English, logistics management, international trade, or related fields preferred; English must be proficient for working communication.

• Basic understanding of cross-border logistics, strong learning ability.

• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and flexible to handle overseas time zone differences.
