• Responsible for the daily administrative management of the department, implementing local Italian regulations and standards, and formulating corresponding manuals and management guidelines.
• Handle administrative and logistical tasks including environmental hygiene, meeting reception, asset management, office supplies, fixed assets, dormitory and vehicle rental, shuttle bus operations, and travel arrangements.
• Manage materials and consumables (track distribution records, maintain both online and offline data, calculate usage ratios based on volume, perform data analysis, optimize processes, and manage recyclables).
• Manage equipment (coordinate with suppliers for maintenance and repair) and facility infrastructure, and develop SOPs for proper use.
• Understand material needs across departments, develop and integrate a supplier resource pool, maintain good relationships with suppliers, and support company procurement requirements.
• Assist with warehouse flow planning and support the implementation and standardization of overall 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) management.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience; must be legally authorized to work in Italy.
• Strong communication and execution skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, responsible and detail-oriented within the scope of responsibilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, capable of working under pressure.
• Proficient in both Chinese and Italian, skilled in office software, and possesses basic data analysis capabilities.
• Interest and basic understanding of the logistics industry; relevant experience is a plus.
