Job responsibilities
– Assume overall responsibility for site operations, including parcel receiving, sorting, shipping, returns management and anomaly handling.
– Manage and optimize the warehouse’s internal operational processes to ensure standardized, efficient and secure operations, in strict compliance with compliance requirements.
– Source, select and manage last-mile delivery service providers (DSP – Delivery Service Partners), ensure stable service quality and drive continuous improvement actions.
– Supervise and support the team in day-to-day operations; intervene occasionally in the field in the event of peak activity or understaffing.
– Manage the site team (recruitment, integration, training, planning, performance management and motivation), ensuring team stability and efficiency while optimizing labor costs.
– Collect, analyze and produce site operational data, draw up daily reports and monitor the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Coordinate closely with the Group’s central and support teams, and ensure that the directives and objectives defined by head office are properly implemented.
– Implement and control safety rules and operating procedures, guarantee the safety of storage and distribution operations, with a strong awareness of compliance issues.
– Work closely with internal teams (customer service, product, warehouse, etc.) to support network development and optimize operations.
Job requirement
– Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher; valid residence permit appreciated.
– At least 1 year’s experience in last-mile logistics operations or in managing service providers; experience in managing a small site is a plus.
– Good command of warehouse-distribution processes and proven ability to effectively manage service providers and operational teams.
– Fluency in Chinese and French; fluent English an asset.
– Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
– Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity and good communication skills; ability to evolve in a dynamic and demanding environment.
– Thoroughness, attention to detail and the ability to deal quickly with anomalies while promoting continuous improvement.
– Strong awareness of compliance requirements and ability to strictly apply company policies and procedures.
