Job responsibilities
1. Needs Analysis
• Collect and analyze recruitment needs from operational managers;
• Draft and validate job descriptions.
2. Sourcing & Employer Branding
• Write and publish job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social networks, partner schools);
• Identify and leverage appropriate sourcing channels;
• Develop employer branding in collaboration with internal and external communication.
3. Candidate Assessment & Interviews
• Screen applications (CV review, phone pre-qualifications);
• Conduct individual and group interviews;
• Assess candidate skills and ensure alignment with company needs and culture.
4. Manager Support & Reporting
• Advise managers in their decision-making process;
• Provide regular reporting on recruitment progress;
• Propose solutions to optimize recruitment processes.
5. Onboarding Support
• Prepare the arrival of new employees in coordination with HRBPs and managers;
• Monitor the probation period and support integration.
Job requirement
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and tools (sourcing, interviews, assessments);
• Proficiency with job boards and professional social networks (LinkedIn, etc.);
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate competencies;
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and effective communication;
• Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
Desired Profile
• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Work Psychology, or equivalent;
• First successful experience in recruitment (either in an agency or in-house);
• Professional English appreciated, depending on the work environment.
