Job responsibilities
Team management :
– Supervise HUB deputies and team leaders (over 100 employees on site).
– Organize the distribution of activities according to operational priorities, workload and skills.
– Lead, train, evaluate and support teams on a daily basis.
– Transmit operational and strategic instructions.
– Ensure a good social climate and compliance with safety rules.
Logistics operations management :
– Supervise the flow of goods: reception, preparation and dispatch.
– Manage activity in a mechanized warehouse.
– Make tactical decisions on flow organization (start-up, interruption, site closure).
– Act as interface between field teams and management.
– Draw up activity reports and performance indicators in collaboration with the Data Analyst department.
Performance and quality:
– Monitor key indicators (productivity, absenteeism, operational performance, etc.).
– Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions.
– Guarantee the quality of operations and the cleanliness and safety of work areas.
Job requirement
Experience and skills :
– Significant experience in managing a logistics site, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
– Expertise in mechanized site management desirable.
– Mastery of logistics tools and WMS software.
– Good knowledge of logistics processes: receiving, preparation, shipping.
– Ability to manage automation and performance monitoring tools.
– Knowledge of handling techniques and workplace safety rules.
