Job responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of sorting machines in France;
• Operate sorting equipment independently, respond quickly, and handle unexpected incidents effectively;
• Participate in the implementation of periodic and preventive maintenance plans;
• Coordinate with the manufacturer’s after-sales service team to ensure timely repairs and technical support;
• Analyze equipment operation data and propose optimization and improvement solutions;
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the on-site team in France and the operations departments in China.
Job requirement
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation, with a strong interest in large-scale machinery;
• Solid knowledge of electromechanical equipment maintenance and daily servicing;
• Proven ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently;
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
