Risk Control & Security Specialist (full-time)

Job responsibilities

• Safety System and Process Development: Participate in formulating, optimizing, and implementing closed-loop warehouse safety management processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain and update relevant safety management documents and records.

• On-site Safety Monitoring and Inspection: Conduct daily safety inspections of the warehouse premises to ensure fire protection facilities, electrical equipment, and mechanical tools are in good working condition. Supervise adherence to safety standards during cargo stacking, storage, and handling to eliminate potential hazards. Check that safety measures (such as the use of personal protective equipment, safety signage, and clear access routes) are properly implemented.

• Personnel and Operations Management: Supervise, guide, and correct operators’ unsafe behaviors (e.g., working at heights, forklift operations, cargo handling) to ensure compliance. Implement and monitor personnel and cargo entry and exit management procedures.

• Safety Training and Culture Promotion: Assist the Warehouse Manager in conducting pre-employment safety training and periodic safety awareness sessions for all employees. Regularly communicate safety updates through meetings and bulletins to enhance overall safety awareness among staff.

• Emergency Response and Reporting: Participate in the development of emergency response plans, and assist with initial handling and investigation in the event of safety incidents. Record, organize, and analyze daily safety data, and regularly submit safety reports to superiors.

Job requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in safety management or on-site operations in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related fields.

• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, excellent communication skills, strong risk awareness, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Candidates holding valid safety, fire protection, or emergency response training certificates (such as those listed in your resume) are preferred.

• Native Chinese speaker with fluent Italian communication skills.

• Educational background in Safety Engineering, Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Fire Protection Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
