IT Support Engineer (full-time)

Job responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle management of our logistics software, including testing, upgrading, and deployment.

• Manage the transition of new features and updates to ensure minimal disruption and smooth implementation.

• Provide first-line support for system issues, perform necessary debugging, and guide Chinese and Italian users in troubleshooting problems.

• Act as a liaison between the HQ IT team and Italy operational team, facilitating clear and effective communication.

• Apply product thinking to understand user needs, enhance app functionality, and provide feedback to the development team.

• Ensure that all processes align with both user requirements and business objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in IT product management or logistics systems; experience in software development or technical support is a plus.

• Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting software applications.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in both Chinese and Italian.

• Legally eligible to work in Italy.
