Hub Head/Deputy Hub Head (full-time)

• Responsible for organizing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Determine storage areas, ensure accessibility, and optimize logistics flow and space utilization.

• Optimize vehicle entry and exit management to improve shipping and receiving efficiency. Be familiar with goods packaging and handling operations. Ensure the safety of the warehouse, goods, and personnel. Ensure suppliers meet delivery deadlines.

• Lead, manage, and train team members (including team leaders, order pickers, forklift operators, receivers, and delivery drivers). Plan and coordinate team tasks (including shift management, vacation scheduling, training plans, etc.) and allocate human resources based on operational needs.

• Control and continuously optimize operating costs. Shorten delivery times and improve service quality. Optimize and standardize work processes. Monitor and analyze performance indicators. Propose and implement continuous improvement plans.

• Manage and maintain supplier relationships. Strictly follow up on supplier performance, identify risks, and handle disputes. Ensure that all handled products comply with relevant Italian standards and regulations.

• Plan and improve warehouse markings/signage, manage waste/cleaning/hygiene, and design energy-saving and low-carbon solutions.
