HR Manager (full-time)

Job responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management and department heads of the Italy branch to understand business strategies and objectives, align HR strategies with business goals, and provide data-driven decision support to enhance organizational performance.

• Participate in the development of recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process to ensure the attraction and retention of key talents. Contribute to talent development initiatives, including performance management, career progression, and succession planning.

• Act as a bridge between management and employees by providing professional consultation on labor relations and employee relations. Handle employee conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and company policies.

• Support organizational restructuring, job optimization, and corporate culture initiatives. Promote employee engagement, teamwork, and performance improvement.

• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Italian and EU labor law requirements. Responsible for HR data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making by headquarters.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a senior HR position, preferably within multinational companies. Solid understanding of Italian labor law, contract law, and the social security system.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships at all organizational levels. Capable of influencing decision-makers and driving change initiatives.

• Proficient in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management. Skilled in HRIS and office software, with strong data analysis capabilities.

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. High sense of responsibility and ability to handle complex problems effectively.

• Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in Italian and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
