Transport Manager– National Hub

As part of the development of our client, a fast-growing international group, we are recruiting a Transport Manager (Procurement & Coordination) based in Île-de-France.

Your Missions

Reporting to the national hub located in Northern Île-de-France, you will be responsible for coordinating regular linehaul flows to all logistics sites across the national territory.

Acting as the key interface between the central hub and the regional agencies, you will ensure optimal management of daily transport operations, including round trips between the hub and local sites.

The role also includes a strategic transport procurement dimension, essential to the success of this position. You will be in charge of selecting, contracting, and managing transport providers to guarantee performance, service quality, and cost control.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily national linehaul operations;

• Optimize transport resources;

• Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with carriers and freight forwarders;

• Implement and monitor transport performance indicators (KPIs);

• Collaborate closely with both local and international teams;

• Ensure smooth coordination with regional site managers.
