Public & Institutional Relations Officer (H/F)

Job responsibilities

1. Institutional & Administrative Relations

• Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with public authorities and administrative bodies (Prefectures, Customs, Labor Inspection, URSSAF, Tax Authorities, etc.)

• Represent GOFO FRANCE in official exchanges, meetings, and institutional appointments

• Manage interactions with authorities and follow up on regulatory matters

2. Public Relations & Brand Image

• Communicate GOFO FRANCE’s position to external stakeholders (clients, professional federations, local partners)

• Ensure consistency and quality of external communication and institutional positioning

• Handle sensitive situations and reputational issues with professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion

• Prepare and draft official communication materials and position statements

3. Internal Coordination & Advisory

• Work closely with HR, Legal, Operations, and HSE departments to ensure coherent actions

• Advise site managers on regulatory issues and best practices for administrative engagement

• Prepare internal briefing notes to facilitate management decision-making

4. Monitoring & Compliance

• Conduct ongoing monitoring of regulatory obligations in the transport and logistics sector

• Inform Management of legislative developments that may impact the company’s growth model

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal practices to ensure exemplary compliance

Job requirements

Education

Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Law (Public/Business), Political Science, Public Affairs, or equivalent.

Experience

Proven experience in institutional relations or regulated environments (Transport, Logistics, or Services).

Soft Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, reliability, and high confidentiality.

Skills

Strong drafting and communication abilities, solid knowledge of French administrative procedures.

Languages

Fluent French; professional-level English appreciated.
