Junior/Senior Warehouse Operator

Job responsibilities

Inventory Management:

• Record and maintain warehouse data, verifying quantities and stock locations;

• Scan and record labels of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate system entries;

• Input daily operational data (barcodes, stock units, batch numbers, etc.).

Order Processing:

• Verify and process orders, shipping notes, and receipts with accuracy;

• Prepare transport documents prior to shipment, scan and log associated files.

Coordination and Optimization:

• Work closely with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication;

• Coordinate, supervise, or execute the storage of goods to ensure efficient supply chain operations;

• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and internal transport processes.

Handling and Safety:

• Oversee the movement, handling, and reorganization of goods within the warehouse;

• Identify and address potential risks or hazards in daily operations to ensure safety compliance.

Job requirements

• Holder of a valid work and residence permit in France;

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role or sector;

Professional Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS);

• Strong understanding of inventory control and data accuracy management.

Personal Qualities:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working independently with multiple teams;

• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure;

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities;

• High awareness of warehouse safety and compliance standards.

Languages:

• Fluent in French and Mandarin; English proficiency preferred.
