Job responsibilities

1. Recruitment

• Independently manage the full recruitment cycle for certain positions (requirement collection, interviews, onboarding);

• Support business managers in identifying recruitment needs and ensure efficient process execution.

2. HR Administration & Employee Management

• Handle employee life cycle procedures (onboarding, exits, transfers, contract renewals), and maintain employee records and HRIS;

• Implement processes related to attendance, performance, and employee relations; assist the HRBP in data analysis and provide initial recommendations.

3. Employee Support & Communication

• Participate in business meetings, contribute to team atmosphere monitoring and employee interviews;

• Answer employees’ daily inquiries regarding company policies and benefits;

• Assist in organizing training sessions, employee events, and team-building activities, ensuring logistical support.

4. External Partnerships & Data Management

• Manage relationships with external providers (occupational health centers, temp agencies, third-party partners, etc.);

• Collect, maintain, and analyze HR data, producing accurate basic reports.

5. Other Duties

• Perform any other HR or administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or Labor Law;

• Holder of a valid work authorization in France;

• Strong interest in HR and willingness to build a long-term career, particularly as an HRBP;

• Excellent communication skills, strong learning ability, and customer-service mindset;

• Rigorous, discreet, and highly responsible;

• Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office);

• Fluency in both French and Chinese, spoken and written; English is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Initial experience (internship or job) in recruitment or HR management;

• Strong stress resilience and proactive problem-solving mindset;

• Curiosity and genuine interest in business challenges, with a vision that goes beyond administrative tasks.
