How to connect GOFO to Sendcloud: step-by-step integration guide
Want to ship on your own GOFO rates straight from Sendcloud? Follow the three quick steps below.
Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription
Sendcloud offers three plans that let you plug in your own transport contract: Lite, Growth and Premium.
- Pick the one that matches your monthly volume, then upgrade or downgrade any time.
- If you are not sure which tier fits, drop your GOFO account manager a note.
- We’ll map your current volume to the cheapest plan.
Step 2: Enable your GOFO carrier contract
- Log in to your Sendcloud panel.
- Go to Shipping → Carriers → My contracts and click “Add your own contract”.
- Scroll to GOFO in the carrier list and hit “Add Contract”.
Step 3: Enter the GOFO credentials we gave you
- Fill in the fields according to the welcome e-mail from your GOFO account manager:
- Contract name (optional): A custom name used to identify this contract throughout the platform.
- User: GOFO account manager will provide the required credentials.
- Password: GOFO account manager will provide the required credentials.
- Click “Add this contract”.
- Validate the credentials.
- Your GOFO contract is live!
When you create a label with a GOFO service, the price column will show 0.00 EUR (you’ll be billed directly by GOFO according to your agreed rates).
