Job responsibilities
• Develop and structure a network of last-mile delivery service providers (DSP) in France, in line with headquarters’ directives and operational needs, ensuring reliability, quality, and timely deliveries.
• Build and, if necessary, establish a transport and distribution network from scratch in France, ensuring performance and sustainability.
• Manage and optimize the performance of service providers in your region, improving operational results (costs, timelines, customer satisfaction) while supporting franchisee growth and local network development.
• Provide recommendations for network expansion and franchisee development, considering regional specificities and market trends, while managing local operational risks.
• Conduct competitive analysis (market trends, competitor positioning), and participate in defining pricing strategies for delivery services based on performance and strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio and ensure accurate KPI tracking and reporting.
Job requirement
• Higher education degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5, business school or equivalent) with at least 4 years of experience in logistics or transportation network management.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, persuasion, autonomy, and organizational rigor.
• Proactive and able to manage priorities effectively, with a strong sense of accountability and partnership.
