l\u2019Index de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle femmes-hommes pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence 2025.<\/p><p>Cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans la volont\u00e9 de GOFO de promouvoir un environnement de travail \u00e9quitable, inclusif et fond\u00e9 sur la transparence, en coh\u00e9rence avec ses valeurs et ses standards internationaux en mati\u00e8re de
